Topa Management Company (“Topa” or the “Company”) is a privately held real estate management company engaged in the ownership and management of Class A office and retail properties including Affordable and Tax Credit housing.  On a select basis Topa does provide third party management and leasing services.  Established in 1971, Topa has operations in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica / Brentwood, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Oxnard and Hawaii.
