Property Manager/Lease Administrator – Asset Management

 

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking to hire a Lease Administrator to support its fast paced, growing Net Lease Asset Management group. Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the Asset Management team with all administrative aspects as they arise and work on short and long-term property management projects of the Asset Management function as well as handling various special projects.

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual tenant obligations under the terms of the leases and loans including, but not limited, to timely payment of rent, real estate taxes, insurance renewals of the tenants
  • Track compliance and update tracking spreadsheets for the portfolio
  • Prepare and track tenant reimbursement letters
  • Provide general tenant monitoring support (e.g. repair monitoring, capital expenditure, lender reporting and inspection scheduling)
  • Maintain portfolio database, ensuring information is accurate and current
  • Maintain file implementation of Asset Management documents
  • Sort and scan incoming and interoffice mail, daily, in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively and quickly with the Asset Management team on all issues

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably 4-10 years of related experience
  • College degree or equivalent real estate training experience
  • Flexibility and ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in addition to Yardi and Argus, preferred not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize workload and recognize importance of demands given by team
  • Creative disposition and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and ability to work in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment with team player mindset
  • Proactive, energetic, and able to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
  • Embodies professionalism, personal integrity and well-developed interpersonal skills
