Tower Capital is active in financing all asset classes including multifamily, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. It specializes in acquisitions, refinances, and ground up development throughout the country, and is most active in the west, southwest, and mountain states. The company provides its originators with a full support team, including an analyst and transaction coordinator.

 

Position Overview

Tower Capital is looking to grow its loan origination team by hiring an additional commercial loan originator. The person will be responsible for vetting opportunities and sourcing new business, covering the marketplace to find the best source of capital on behalf their client, and facilitating the financing process through to a successful close.  The person should have a desire to grow their career and help continue to build Tower Capital market presence.

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector including: commercial mortgage brokerage, banking, financial services, and/or investment sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of common commercial loan products, programs, and sources of capital
  • Ability to underwrite commercial properties and analytical comprehension
  • Strong networking and social skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • A high degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
