RHP Properties is a growing, privately-held national Property Management Company. Headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI we own and operate 260 manufactured home communities in 27 states.

We are presently seeking an individual to oversee revenue optimization of a large portfolio of manufactured home communities.

As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze sales data and market comps to forecast and make pricing and promotional recommendations
  • Support operational decision making and revenue maximization by developing and/or enhancing revenue management reports, processes and analytics
  • Communicate and strategize pricing and inventory to optimize seasonality of move-ins and move-outs
  • Create data analysis tools and dashboards to communicate results of various operational efforts
  • Monitor and enforce corporate pricing strategy by region through performance analysis and working with management to ensure revenue results are maximized and corporate strategy is implemented consistently
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Create monthly reports for management outlining strategy effectiveness and areas for improvement and prepare presentations for Executive Team to ensure performance supports the overall corporate strategy

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in the analysis of data and the ability to communicate results effectively
  • Prior multi-family industry or commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial reporting abilities, business, and financial acumen
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of revenue asset management principles and practices
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with investor relations, proposing financial guidance and communicating results
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, including the delivery of presentations
  • Relationship management skills with which to develop, operate, support and influence others
  • Corporate modeling and understanding of capital markets a plus
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Initiative and flexibility to continuously improve quality and processes
  • Knowledge and skills to manage projects, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines   
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data
  • Competent in general GAAP, IFRS and SOX requirements
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Minimal travel
