Senior Director– Revesco Property Services

Job Summary

Reporting to the President & CEO of Revesco Properties, the successful candidate will oversee the property and asset management division which provides property, asset and construction management services for both company-owned and third-party-owned properties. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial minded and will be charged with leveraging the existing platform in order to grow the company’s third-party contract revenues. He/she will have an opportunity to grow the business and share in the property management business unit’s financial bottom line profits. The ability to bring existing clients and assignments to our platform will be a plus. As a small entrepreneurial company, cultural fit is a critical component of our hiring. Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the overall financial performance of the Revesco Property Services business unit.
  • Produce annual and quarterly business plans for the business unit.
  • Develop new business relationships and revenues.
  • Oversee and manage property and asset management staff and third-party service providers.
  • Oversee and assist with the production of annual operating budgets and asset management plans for managed properties.
  • Oversee and assist with CAM reconciliations.
  • Oversee insurance coverages.
  • Liaise with other company departments to provide financial and partnership reporting as required.
  • Provide support to other company departments related to acquisition and new development opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum ten years related experience in, and thorough knowledge of all aspects of property and asset management.
  • Membership in industry organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, ICSC, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of real estate database and accounting software; specifically, Yardi, Argus and Sage programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated individual who can drive new business and revenues to grow the company.
  • Detail oriented individual who is able to meet deadlines, and who can analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

 

This job operates in a professional office environment, although some travel is required to oversee out of town properties and to develop new business. This is largely a sedentary role; however, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and scanners.   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
