Position Responsibilities: Praedium is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate Investor Relations and Communications professional to assist capital raising and to increase Praedium’s brand reputation. Praedium is looking for a highly energetic, detail-oriented and quantitative individual. The ideal candidate must be an excellent writer, have the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to pitch in wherever they are needed. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated, intelligent, collaborative self-starter. This position is based in New York City.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in reaching out to prospective investors and introducing them to Praedium’s investment vehicles
- Assist in coordinating communications with Praedium’s existing investor base
- Assist in increasing Praedium’s brand recognition and thought-leadership presence among our target clients
- Assist in creating and refining Praedium’s investor and prospect marketing materials
- Contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts by responding to questions from clients and organizing due diligence meetings
- Support on-going business development, service, and communication with prospects and clients
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Praedium’s product offerings, systems, and processes to support/service client relationships
- Summarize client/prospect meetings/calls and post notes to the CRM system; update and manage contact, account, and relationship information in the CRM
- Prepare responses to due diligence requests and requests for proposal
- Assist with public relations, coordinate press releases, and manage the company’s website
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this role will interact with clients and prospects
- Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities; demonstrated time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Passion for real estate and people
- High energy, highly driven by relationship management
- Knowledge of real estate investment analysis
- Strong understanding of multiple types of communication channels used by institutional investors and how to effectively message the company’s story
- Attention to detail, meticulousness, and highly quantitative skills
- Experience working with institutional investors in real estate
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Undergraduate degree with minimum GPA of 3.4
