Description
We are looking for an Associate to join Aaron Jungreis, the President of Rosewood Realty Group s, National investment sales team.
As our National Investment Sales Division is growing quickly, I am looking to hire a broker to join my personal team in helping me with sourcing new properties as well as work on our current off market pipeline.
Bachelor Degree; or graduate degree in Real Estate is a plus.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Real Estate finance (cap rates, gross rent multiples, etc.)
Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a salaried position.
