We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our Multi-Residential Asset Management team in the U.S. to be based on Boston, MA. In this role you will be driving the performance of Oxford’s Multi-Residential portfolio. You will be joining a dynamic team, with a strong culture of moving the needle and producing results. 

This role is focused on monitoring, analyzing, benchmarking, and enhancing the financial performance and asset value in the context of Oxford Properties’ strategic plan for each asset.

 

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Reviewing and analyzing multi-residential operating results to identify revenue enhancement and/or expense management opportunities

  • Producing monthly performance figures, variance analysis, benchmark comparisons, return calculations

  • Developing dynamic financial models for a wide variety of performance and investment analyses

  • Assisting the team to prepare asset management plans and portfolio management strategies including buy/hold/sell, NPV and IRR analysis

  • Assisting the team with the preparation of the annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts

  • Assisting the team with acquisition underwriting and transactions – performing asset and market due diligence

  • Analyzing and tracking the return-on-investment of capital projects

  • Monitoring and tracking transaction data, capital markets activity, market performance and other relevant industry research

  • Participating in the research, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives

To succeed in this role, you:

 

  • Have a minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a multi-sector real estate firm, private equity, or investment banking firm in an investment, valuation, and/or asset management capacity

  • Are highly analytical, and have strong financial, and writing skills

  • Have exposure in multi-residential sector

  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling, as well as possess solid work knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

  • Have the ability to travel on occasion as required

  • Thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt

  • Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a teamwork environment

  • Driven to achieving results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking
