Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will report to the Head of Asset Management and will be responsible for managing existing and new joint ventures and fund investments in the US equity portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of asset management, as well as working closely with multiple internal teams. The candidate will be involved on a day-to-day basis with strategic decisions, interaction with joint venture partners and limited partners, and budgeting and planning. Preparation of Investment Committee memos, quarterly and annual reporting, evaluating performance with specific measuring tools and strong presentation skills and travel will be required.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- 15+ years of commercial real estate advisory and/or real estate finance experience, with institutional investors.
- Strategic thinker who approaches asset management with a focus on creating and maintaining value across a portfolio.
- Advanced underwriting and financial modeling skills. Candidate will also be attuned to risk management, financial reporting, legal/regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in multifamily and logistics and/or value-add (development or repositioning experience required)
- Analytical rigor and creativity to present alternatives to drive value for individual investments as well as of the overall portfolio.
- Excellent oral and written skills; ability to present clearly to senior management across external and internal groups. Familiarity with working within a global organization.
- Demonstrated US real estate commercial knowledge in multiple property classes and in highly structured and complex investment vehicles.
- Past history of working with major US real estate owners and operators as well as multiple capital providers. Ability to create consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate activity with senior team members. Ability to inspire trust and lead others with passion. Supportive of the team successes.
- Attention to detail with superior organizational skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver top quality work on a tight time schedule.
- Ability to multi-task and work within an entrepreneurial team; comfortable with ambiguity and able to evolve with changing demands.
- Actively engaged with the broader US real estate community; active in organizations such as ULI, AFIRE, PREA, NAREIM or similar organizations
- Strong integrity and professionalism. Transparent and acts in a manner that is best for the overall organization.
- Four-year degree required with MBA preferred.
