BridgeInvest – Investor Relations Analyst

BridgeInvest is seeking an individual with an interest in real estate, capital markets, private equity, and marketing to join our team. Candidates should have a strong analytical background and an ability to think creatively and critically, with excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of the real estate industry, finance, operations, and marketing. This candidate will maintain our investor database, manage investor reporting, and coordinate the onboarding process for both U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors, family offices, and individual investors. Additionally, the candidate’s responsibilities will include company-wide marketing projects and campaigns. Compensation is competitive and includes a discretionary bonus based on performance. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Oversee investor onboarding, including investor subscriptions and due diligence
• Calculate, draft, and manage investor tax and regulatory reporting
• Maintain and update our investor database and investor transactions
• Maintenance of the online investor portal and document repository
• Manage correspondence with existing investors on due diligence and general inquiries
• Research investor prospects and capital market opportunities
• Assist the Investor Relations team with the preparation of marketing materials, fundraising activities, capital markets research, offering memorandums for investments, and preparation of due diligence questionnaires

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in real estate, finance, economics, or marketing
• 1-2 years of prior experience in capital markets, private banking, private equity, real estate, engineering, marketing, or operations desired
• Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure and anticipate requests, needs, and deadlines
• Ability to manage across time zones, plan meetings, and assist with international investors
• The ability to creatively solve complex problems
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and to demonstrate initiative
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus
