- Provide and maintain updated weekly Site Intake and Production Pipeline.
- Weekly update and distribute the Development Meeting Agenda prior to the Development Meeting.
- Assist the Acquisition Officer sourcing of new development sites and maintaining communication with Brokers, Seller and Consultants.
- Maintain all records of up to date in the Acquisition Folder
- Preparation of financial analyses and development proforma during the preliminary investigation stage (7Days to LOI)
- The 7 Days to LOI shall include the performing the following tasks
- The Financial Analyst should research the zoning classification to determine the allowable uses/ density/ restrictions.
- Conduct a detailed market research with a particular focus on rent comps and future submarket pipeline.
- Collect governmental fees information:
i. Ad-valorem and Non-Ad-valorem taxes
ii. Impact Fees (City and County)
iii. Water and Sewer Fees
iv. Permitting Fees
- Complete a draft of the underwriting in the Financial Summary and or apartment developer and present the same to the development team.
- The Financial Analyst is responsible for compile the necessary information for presentation at the Expression of Interest IC meeting and drafting the IC Memo.
- Research and maintain updated market reports of all the markets the company is interested in.
