Our company is an NYC based real estate development firm that focuses on residential value add, and ground up development in the greater NY area as well as select high growth markets across the US.
More recently, we have launched a Co-GP platform, with a focus on partnering up with emerging sponsors to develop multifamily properties (100-500 units) in markets across the US, most notably in the US southeast.
We would like to bring someone on at the principal level who is first and foremost a deal person - someone with a track record of sourcing and executing on value add or ground up development projects.
We are a young and growing entrepreneurial firm. The role will encompass the full spectrum of real estate functions, including asset management, lease negotiation, development management - anything and everything to get the job done.
We are offering a base salary of 80k-100k, and participation for taking a deal full circle; from sourcing to stabilization. Candidate should be a self-starter, focused, organized and a team player.
