Job Summary

Management, Coordination and Completion of HEPA Filter Certification program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.

All scheduling and/or coordination of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities and personnel specific to HEPA filter certification.

Coordination of HEPA filter certification following filter replacement.

Proper GMP documentation of HEPA filter certification.

Identify and collaborate on problem resolution regarding HEPA filter certification work and documentation.

Deliverables include a reconciliation of monthly work orders to confirm all HEPA filter certifications were completed as per client established PM due dates. It includes ensuring accuracy of GMP documents as measured by Right First-Time metrics on review of the records.

Conduct routine field evaluation of service providers and send monthly reports to provider management.

Uses PC and/or PDA for work order system, email, and training.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.

Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Knowledge of testing and certification of systems that conform manufacturers' specifications, process tolerances, client user requirements and other compliance requirements preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
