Exciting opportunity to work directly for an owner on a portfolio of single-tenant assets located in various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service through a proactive and positive approach in order to foster positive rapport with tenants
- Meet with tenants as needed ensuring tenant needs are met and that high quality property management service is achieved
- Promptly respond to and resolve all tenant concerns
- Prepare annual operating budgets for self-managed portfolio properties
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed on schedule and in accordance with approved operating budget
- Develop a variety of vendor and contractor relationships in multiple markets
- Request, review and recommend bids and specifications for maintenance agreements and contractors
- Prepare annual expense reconciliations for managed portfolio properties
- Review and approve within prescribed limits of authority all property payables
- Review monthly operating statements and prepare variance comments
- Prepare monthly expense accruals for submission to accounting
- Coordinate capital projects with third party construction manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with company initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in property management, industrial experience a plus.
- CPM or RPA designation a plus
- Strong knowledge of building operations
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office applications; MRI and Kardin a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism and customer service a must

- Ability to travel to multiple markets
