The Opportunity 

 

Gindi Equities is seeking a full-time intern. This position will provide assistance to our associates by doing research, writing, and analyzing market information. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, assume significant responsibilities, and make pivotal impacts by assisting in all aspects of the investment process. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Assisting with rent rolls, demographics, tenant profiles, etc.
  • Assist in the design and preparation of investor pitch decks and quarterly reports.
  • Preparing and writing market research.
  • Obtaining and analyzing market information and statistics.
  • Create appropriate charts and other graphic materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

  • Existing Junior or Senior at a leading University/Institution
  • Some experience in Real Estate or Consulting fields is preferred
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently within a high paced environment
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and RedIQ a plus.

Please note this is an in-office position with some flexibility to work from home. Our offices are in Lower Manhattan.
