Vice President of Investments

CRE-Pro, LLC and Infinite Equity Capital, LLC are looking for a Vice President of Investments to drive results in all aspects of acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations including but not limited to sourcing new opportunities, identifying third-party property management that aligns with our goals, seeking out the most competitively-priced vendors, exploring the capital markets to search out the most accretive debt financing available, and building and maintaining underwriting models. The Vice President of Investments needs to have diverse experience across multiple product types with working knowledge of retail, office, and multifamily assets and their related key performance indicators.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic target identification to source and negotiate acquisitions from broker network and owners nationwide
• Ability to build ad-hoc financial models to underwrite potential acquisition opportunities
• Work with third-party vendors like appraisers, accountants, consultants, and bankers to close transactions
• Review legal documents to ensure they are in compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations; coordinate and work with a third-party legal expert to craft PSAs and Amendments
• Perform financial due diligence on each potential purchase
• Reviews and critiques leases, loan documents, condominium declarations and other documentation to ensure we are able to execute on our business plans
• Participate in calls with operating partners and provide asset and market performance
• Prepare investment material and presentations for capital partners
• Evaluate financial statements, offering memoranda, income statements, rent rolls, leases, and balance sheets to build accurate projections of future cash flows

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, economics or another business discipline with a record of achievement
• At least three years of previous experience with retail, office, and/or multifamily acquisitions or asset management
• Ability to travel domestically (10%)
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and multi-task under pressure
