CoStar Field Research Team is a talented and versatile team responsible for photography, videography and research in the array of CoStar products.

We are now looking for an Architectural Photographer, who will be providing high quality photographs, drone videos/still images, and Steadicam videos on the most important commercial buildings in their region. Owners and agents rely on CoStar, to provide high quality media to best market their properties to tenants and Investors. As our Architectural Photographer, you will be at the heart of the commercial real estate industry, capturing high quality images that enable our clients to make informed high impact business decisions. With 24 million people visiting CoStar's websites each month, every day your images will help our clients' best market their properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use your architectural photography expertise to produce media of commercial properties in St. Louis and the surrounding area in order to provide the best exposure for our clients.
• Use a variety of tools to create visually appealing video including tilt shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders and others.
• Utilize time of day, season, location and your expertise in photography to determine when and how to best photograph the exterior of commercial buildings.
• Edit all photography and video in a timely fashion resulting in a completed project.
• Professional and effective communication with clients during all aspects of the media shoot including scheduling, set up and on site.
• Continued learning and development of your craft, including staying up to date on new techniques and technology.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrable practical experience as an Architectural Photographer or similar experience
• Portfolio Review (architectural photographs and drone videos required)
• A minimum of a High School Diploma coupled with 4+ years real estate photography and videography experience
• Full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting (natural and studio)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, IE: Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Premiere Pro, Capture One Certified
• Experience using MAC OS and MS Office
• FAA Part 107 Certified

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Enjoys challenges of photographing commercial buildings in cityscapes, understand the challenges and work to find creative solutions
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to develop strong personal relationships with key contacts at assigned companies
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
• Used to working in fast-paced environment
• Experience of commercial drone photography is desirable
• Ability to capture and edit beautiful interior and exterior property videos and photo
• Full understanding of best practices for Architectural Photography, demonstrating artistic vision and creativity
