Job Description/Requirements
Seeking an intern to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA for a 3 to 4 month program. The internship opportunity will be responsible for the management and creation of property ownership reports and duly tracking a database working with a broker team. Seeking a creative and resourceful self-starter with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful investment team, hone your underwriting and marketing skills and learn from seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Must have a positive attitude, ability to organize and multi task, strong project management skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties:
- Build and maintain various property databases
- Work directly with an assigned brokerage team on various ad hoc projects
- Perform other duties as needed such as property site tours/visits as well as other administrative tasks.
- Prepare commercial real estate sales packages and submissions for presentation to buyers
- Coordinate information regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, lease and sale comparables
- Update and maintain data in company database
- Utilize web-based research tools to obtain property and market information (CoStar, LoopNet, Trepp are examples)
- Prepare and review executive summaries for active and potential listings
- Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendation
- Assist as needed in creating and assembling materials to produce high quality presentations and marketing materials using Adobe In-Design and other resource too
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or in process of seeking
- 0-2 years’ experience in commercial real estate
