The Position:

An On-Site Sales Agent/Coordinator, successful candidate will divide duties with the following responsibilities.  The Agent is responsible for presenting our properties to prospective purchasers and brokers. They are also expected to provide excellent customer service, meaningful follow up, ongoing engagement and facilitate transactions on behalf of the Sponsor. The Agent works closely with Management and applicable outside parties to meet or exceed the company’s targets and quality standards. As part of the on-site sales team, an agent acts as a liaison and brand ambassador for the project and the company with the larger brokerage community, prospective purchasers and new residents. An on-site agent also contributes to reporting, market studies and recommendations based on market trends. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate reports as it relates to pricing, traffic, contact lists, client registrations and real estate analysis studies. They are also expected to assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to answering sales office calls, general office and unit cleanliness and event planning. This position will also assist with contract details prior to deal sheets and contracts.


The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, specifically with experience as a salesperson with administrative duties who has been a part of a successful team.

Must have and maintain a valid NYS RE License as a Salesperson or greater

Knowledge of general workflow and processes for the marketing and sales of residential and mixed use new development projects, or similar experience.

Familiarity with Offering Plans, general regulatory policies and procedures as they pertain to the sale of real estate, as well as all NYS DOS policies, standards, rules and regulations.

Must possess strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of project goals

Must be a collaborative team player, capable of receiving direction, balancing efforts to maximize results.

Must be a strong producer, driven to achieve great performance and production.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to present recommendations to Director and team coworkers.

Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
