Description

Do you want to work in one of the fastest growing and most innovative businesses in the world? Do you love to create and bring new ideas to life? CBRE (NYSE: CBRE) is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with leading global market positions in our leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuation businesses. We operate in more than 450 offices worldwide with over 80,000 employees, and we serve clients in more than 100 countries. In 2017, CBRE generated over $14 billion of revenue from a highly diversified base of clients, including more than 90 of the Fortune 100.

CBRE 360, a new division within CBRE, is focused on delivering enhanced employee experiences in the workplace. Built to help occupiers and investors worldwide create transformative workplace solutions and destinations of choice by integrating property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies.

To continue expanding how we think about our global business in new ways, we're looking for a Director Food and Beverage Experience to help us develop new products and services to meet the changing needs of our multi-faceted client base. If you want to help us and feel you meet the below criteria, we'd love to hear from you.

Food and Beverage Professional. You've worked in a management capacity either in hotel F&B, banquets and events, retail F&B, and/or catering in a brand, multi-unit environment. You understand the managing of food and beverage from end to end, including (but not limited too) sourcing, planning, storage, merchandising, equipment, and waste.
You've developed and launched food related concepts into physical spaces and understand the opportunities and challenges to success. You know the players (suppliers, vendors,
customers), and have a network of contacts within the industry globally.

Strategic.
You're not just able to identify opportunities and challenges but you can
translate them into documented roadmaps and plans. You'll also have to be able to translate your
unique industry knowledge to develop a product in a global industry with
players who don't fully understand it.

Collaborator.
You're a team player and very comfortable working with multiple stakeholders globally regardless of level; you can bring
people together and work with anyone to achieve objectives.

Communications.
Expert level ability to connect with people, speak to things, and be an
advocate, partner, and/or subject matter expert.

Customer Centric. You start with the customer and work backwards. You are customer obsessed and set a high bar for quality and
experience.

Knowledgeable.
You love food and the industry. You know the people, players and companies that deliver products and services to this space as well as the trends that are disrupting current norms.

Get Stuff Done.
You have a bias for action and get stuff done. You know when to self-start and
how to navigate large stakeholder group to deliver tangible objectives and results.

Learn &Curious.
You are never donelearning and always seek to improve things.
You're always looking for new possibilities and ways to explore new ideas.

Experience.
A minimum 7+ plus years at executive level (director or above) having delivered food and beverage concepts or products in a multi-unit, physical space environment e.g. hotel, retail, food, real estate etc. You've worked in and across
multi-stakeholder, matrixed environments on a global scale to achieve objectives. You've developed, attained buy-in and deployed initiatives with proven metrics to show performance. You've managed roll outs, including training, vendor development, merchandising, and ongoing quality control.
