JOB SUMMARY
Responsibilities will include:
Working with the team to provide investment research, strategic analysis and insight into economic, demographic, capital and property market trends.
Updating and maintaining various publications, materials and reports related to economic, capital market and real estate market conditions from multiple third-party resources.
Supporting forecasting of real estate fundamentals at metro and submarket levels across asset types across the U.S. to be used for underwriting acquisitions and managing assets.
Interpreting and communicating (verbal and written) quantitative and qualitative analyses with managers and clients, external and internal.
Providing both data and narrative contentfor monthly/quarterly/semi-annual publications and presentations to communicate outlook and 'house view' to internal and external clients.
Producing white papers and research articles on topics of current interest
Assisting in other ad hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Bachelor's degree (economics, urban planning, real estate, statistics or related field) with two years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to comprehend and interpret data
Demonstrated ability to use statistical analysis to gain insights
Desire to contribute to active team discussions about economic and market conditions
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Positive work attitude and ability to work in team environment
