Vice President - Capital Markets & Investor Relations

Established NYC owner/operator/developer across all asset classes seeks a talented Real Estate professional for highly versatile and visible growth position.

Job qualifications include:

·        10+ years with real estate investment or private equity firm

·    Track record of capital raising for real estate funds and projects

·        Relevant investor relations experience and strong network

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·        High level of organization and attention to detail

·        Expertise in real estate underwriting and transaction management

Responsibilities include:

·    Capital raising, equity syndication, and investment structuring for private real estate closed-end funds, joint ventures, co-investors and separate accounts. 

·    Fund portfolio management and market research.

·    Identifying and contacting potential investors

·    Compiling and maintaining a detailed investor database

·    Tracking, managing, and drafting responses to ad-hoc investor requests (due diligence materials, case studies, track record data, and various other analyses)

·        Reviewing financial, legal and analytical content for marketing materials with a keen eye to meticulous and accurate work product

·        Interface with all teams and levels of management including legal, marketing and transactions

·        Get involved with special projects, due to company’s continued expansion
