Become an integral member of a top producing Investment Broker team.  Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing some administrative support (uphold inventory, mailers, faxing, scanning, emailing, and printing)
  2. Maintaining client relationships/communication and organizing client databases
  3. Managing marketing support (market research photography of properties, conduct market studies and maintain the website)
  4. Researching and preparing financial analyses, investment packages, marketing reports, and sales, purchasing and listing agreements
  5. Sustaining escrow management 
  6. Drive and accompany Company representatives on client appointments and possibly trade shows
  7. Other errands, tasks, duties as directed
  8. Help Maintain database of approximately 15,000 clients
  9. Send out marketing emails to potential clients
  10. Track marketing efforts by keeping detailed logs of all client communication and activity
  11. Mail promotional and marketing material to clients
  12. Put together all marketing materials
  13. Call prospective buyers of property to send them information

 

Research national and predominantly local investment real estate markets through market analysis, as well as research related to investors and property owners’ portfolios.  Investment analysis of multi-million dollar real estate transactions from origination through the close of escrow.  Research tasks relating to tax records, titles, legal entities associated with investment properties, etc.  Some administrative duties including but not limited to Internet research, faxing, scanning and managing .pdf documents, copying legal and other documents, phone services, light typing.

 

Required Skills:

 

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment while staying on task and avoiding outside and/or personal distractions
  • Paralegal background/Four-year accounting/finance/business degree with 1-2 years of business experience preferred
  • Must be able to pass a (criminal) background test and have a satisfactory driving record.
  • Real Estate license a plus but not required
