With decades of experience in projects across the risk spectrum, we embrace an ever-changing retail landscape by focusing efforts on technology, sustainability, social media and joint-venture projects. Since its founding in 1995, Pine Tree has developed and acquired nearly 100 shopping centers featuring an aggregate value of over $2.2 billion.

Qualified candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area, possess 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate management, exceptional customer service skills, experience using Yardi Voyager or other commercial real estate leasing/accounting software, advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, ability to effectively work remote, and a team player who is interested in growth and opportunity to grow our new Los Angeles office. Travel flexibility is required for property visits and for routine visits to the company’s main office in Chicago.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Monthly variance reporting, property summaries, and asset management reports to institutional investors.
  • Annual budget compilation and entry into Yardi Voyager.  Includes a five-year capital budget for every property.
  • Property Visits as required by the governing property management agreements.
