The Analyst position in the Client Capital Management (“CCM”) Department will play a key role supporting the team responsible for presenting Clarion Partner's investment capabilities to prospects, clients and the consultant community, primarily through creating and updating presentation materials. This position will interface with various departments to ensure data accuracy and obtain relevant approvals. The position will also assist with maintenance of client and prospect data including mailing information, event invitation lists, etc. The position will also occasionally assist with responses to Requests for Proposal (“RFP”), Requests for Information (“RFI”), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (“DDQ”).

Responsibilities:
• Maintain Firm and product presentation materials, both standard and custom
• Assist with client and prospect research and maintenance of Salesforce database
• Work closely with CCM team members and respective Account Executives and Portfolio Teams
• Coordinate on a regular basis with the Firm’s Legal & Compliance, Finance, Research and Investment Management teams
• Provide on-site support as needed on investor events, advisory council meetings, annual investor conference
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
• 2 to 4 years’ experience, preferably in marketing, real estate, or general financial services
• The successful candidate should have an overall understanding of the marketing process, and the critical role of the support group in achieving success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and high level of attention to detail are desired.
• Ability to interface professionally with individuals throughout various departments in the Firm as well as third-party firms, partners and industry leaders is critical.
• Candidate should be proactive and self-motivated. A strong work ethic, integrity and commitment to meet deadlines are essential candidate attributes.
