Real estate transactions professionals fulfill an array of responsibilities working on with the buyer/lessee, seller/lessor or transactional between parties marshalling the deal agreement to a closing. Roles can range from acquisition due diligence to title and conveyancing to contracts drafting to negotiations. Often backed with some legal knowledge, service providers to real estate transactions interface with many other real estate fields, such as property managers or underwriters, to secure all available information for smooth execution of a deal.
