And for job seekers, HR management is at full force again. Hiring for 2019 has begun. We started to see an increase in postings in the last two weeks of August. Will the unprecedented decade long Real Estate Cycle continue into 2019 without a downturn? Our industry recovered from the 2008 Global Financial Crisis real estate field by real estate field. Development did not substantially return until 2013, with the return of financing. Will the next downturn follow the recovery moving real estate field by real estate field? Definitely fields like retail have seen the bottom and are into correction and recovery. We believe 2019 hiring will continue to be strong, but unlike the past, New Year’s hiring starts now.
