Page one: an article on McGregor losing with “dignity” (remember when dignity was revered?) All else were on advancements Ireland was making. This technology rich country is considering a national space agency cooperating with the UN Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. Next: education and the problems computer era students have communicating and developing emotional intelligence inspired “Ways of Well-being” a new program now in 120 schools teaching children how to communicate with confidence, learn to be kind to each other, learn from one’s mistakes (learn to fail). And: numerous articles on the housing crisis and attempts to lower mortgages for young people. Dare I ask, what’s the news back home focusing on: problems or solutions?
