SUMMARY:
PCCP is looking for an experienced leader in the residential sector to run business development for a billion-dollar single family residential rental platform. The new hire will focus on creating relationships to source new deal flow, scale the business and provide standardization in approach across PCCP’s four offices and ~25 target markets. This position would be based in Atlanta and would start out with a total compensation target of ~$250,000 to $300,000.

- Bachelor's degree or greater; MBA would be nice but not required
- Minimum 10 years work experience in real estate industry
- Meaningful relationships, preferably at acquisition and management levels, within residential sector (single family and/or multifamily) in the southeast and/or southwest U.S.
- Strong EQ and relationship-building skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate and screen new opportunities for investment into the Fund
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines and grow a business in a fast paced environment
- By month six, create a short-form business plan for each of PCCP’s 15 BFR target markets
- The business plan above will be informed by the outreach identified below:
- Five new relationships per quarter with homebuilders, leading to new business opportunities the next quarter
- Five new relationships per quarter with multifamily operators/developers, leading to new business opportunities the next quarter
- Five new relationships per quarter with owners of Master Planned Communities, leading to new business opportunities the next quarter
- Five new relationships per quarter with land brokers, leading to new business opportunities the next quarter
- Two new relationships per quarter with property management, leading to new business opportunities the next quarter
- Promotion to Senior Vice President at PCCP within the first one to two years at PCCP
