The firm was founded in 2015 and has 17 professionals working across two offices with its headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. The firm currently has approximately $500MM in assets under management.
Available Position
Title: Intern, Acquisitions/Asset Management
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: Acquisitions Team
Timing: Immediate
A growing real estate private equity firm is seeking candidates for an intern position. Candidates will be given the opportunity to gain integrated experience in multifamily acquisitions and asset management.

Position Responsibilities and Expectations
- Minimum commitment of 16 office hours per week in at least 4 hour blocks during Semester; 40 hours per week during summer in SLC office (subject to COVID related requirements)
- Assist in the sourcing, underwriting and analysis of prospective acquisitions
- Assist in the renovation, leasing and management processes for existing portfolio
- Conduct market analysis and provide data visualization of existing and prospective markets
- Assist in quarterly reporting and investor relations
Requirements
- Achieved or in the process of obtaining a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field with strong record of academic achievement
- Strong financial modeling skills. Knowledge of real estate accounting and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
