Asset Manager

Livingston Street Capital, LLC is a boutique private equity firm with institutional capital partners focused on commercial and residential real estate investments throughout the United States. We are based in Radnor, PA and actively make investments across three investment strategies. These strategies include: mission critical/strategic properties, healthcare properties and multifamily housing with emphasis on senior housing.


We are in need of an Asset Manager that will be an integral part in managing our real estate portfolio. The daily job responsibilities will include a wide range of asset management and accounting functions to maximize the performance of the fast-growing portfolio. seeking a professional, meticulous, outgoing individual with a desire to learn the principals of real estate asset management. The candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude. This position can lead to growth with the right candidate.

 

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Providing critical, analytical and operations support for asset management and accounting activities
  • Daily correspondence with vendors and tenants nationwide to ensure the properties within the portfolio are operating efficiently
  • Assist with the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial reports to submit to clients
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
  • Managing work orders and processing administrative requests
  • Assist in processing accounts receivable, accounts payable
  • Conduct site visits for local and out-of-state properties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of Asset Management in the real estate industry
  • Exceptional analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented and to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Yardi Property Management Software experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


This position is based in our Corp offices five days a week. Salary commensurate with experience plus bonus potential. Excellent benefits package that start Day 1 and 401k with Employer match.
