The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Design Build Integration Manager to lead our project teams and manage the full lifecycle of our design-build projects. As the single point of accountability, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects from initial concept through to completion, embodying our commitment to simplicity, client focus and excellence. You will coordinate between design teams, pre-construction experts, construction teams and the client; manage budgets and schedules and ensure compliance to regulations and client performance requirements. You will troubleshoot and effectively lead and manage the full team. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for project clients and the collaborative project team, maintaining clear, consistent communication and ensuring a transparent process from start to finish.
• Lead the full project team building collaboration, excellence and efficiency within each individual as well as within the team as a whole through a strong focus on team healthy.
• Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring client needs and visions are at the forefront of every decision and action.
• Manage any team alignment issues and hold the team accountable to schedule, budget, performance and execution. 
• Lead and/or support client change management initiatives in their real estate development. 
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and track value with the client.

Who You Are

• You are exceptional leader, adept at building, leading and managing functional teams founded on trust, communication, collaboration and results of the team.
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels to want to listen, participate and follow your lead.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in design build project management experience. You may have started your career as a specialist in architecture, design, engineering or construction and you have made the shift to an integrated services approach.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or a related field or commensurate experience.
• You are proficient in project management software and tools.
• You align with the company’s core values and have a desire to help to contribute to the company’s mission and purpose.
